Red24 issues the following replacement to its Holdings in Company announcement which was released on 25 March 2009 at 3.24pm under RNS number 4791P.
The change is as follows:
Mr R G C Whiting purchased a further 750,000 ordinary shares.

Red24 was informed on the 24th March that between 4th and 5th March, Mr R G C Whiting purchased a further 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The purchase increases his holding in the Company to 3,719,122 ordinary shares, representing 8.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
