Medusa was informed today that, as of 26 June 2013, M&G Investment Management Limited, M&G Limited, M&G Group Limited, Curian Capital LLC and Prudential plc (together "M&G") were beneficially interested in a total of 9,248,900 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 4.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.
