Medusa was informed today that, as of 2 July 2013, Wellington Management Company LLP was beneficially interested in a total of 14,825,476 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 7.85% of the issued share capital of the Company and an increase in holding of 1,892,623 ordinary shares since the previous notification by Wellington Management Company LLP as announced on 28 June 2013.
