The Company was notified, on 24 November 2010, by Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd, that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 November 2010, it has an interest in 12,746,410 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 4.00 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
