Thursday 2 September 2010 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 31 August 2010 that as at 2 August 2010, Northumberland Investments Ltd had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares totalling 11,558,400 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.64% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

As at 1 September 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
