SPARK Ventures plc announces that on 06 February 2014 it was notified that, on 04 February 2014, Ennismore Fund Management Limited ("Ennismore") purchased 4,430,000 ordinary shares of 0.30 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Subsequently Ennismore now has a beneficial interest of 5.62% in the share capital the Company.
