GVC notifies that on 15 June 2011 it received notification that, following the sale of 94,200 ordinary shares of Eur 0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on 28 April 2011, Mr Steve Barlow is now interested in 1,152,827 Shares representing approximately 3.70 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
