SPARK Ventures plc announces that on 05 February 2014 it was notified that, on 04 February 2014, RWC Asset Management LLP disposed of 6,745,532 ordinary shares of 0.30 pence each in the capital of the Company. Subsequently RWC Asset Management LLP no longer has a notifiable interest in the capital of the Company.
