Synectics (AIM: SNX, formerly Quadnetics Group plc), a leader in the design, integration and control of advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems, was informed today that the Trustee of the Quadnetics Group Executive Share Ownership Plan ("the ExSOP") has today sold 152,650 ordinary shares of 20p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, the ExSOP holds 1,841,712 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
