Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, was informed that on 8 March 2019 Artem Volynets held 372,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares"), representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company following the purchase of 300,000 Shares at an aggregate share price of 24.8 pence per share on 8 March 2019.
