Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 13 October 2009 by BlackRock Inc that following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 July 2009, it now holds (i) 31,328,432 Ordinary Shares and (ii) an interest in 117,350 Ordinary Shares held through contracts for difference, representing 9.925 per cent. and 0.037 per cent. respectively and, in aggregate, 9.962 per cent., of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
