Medusa was informed today that, as of 25 June 2013, Vanguard Precious Metals & Mining Fund was beneficially interested in a total of 9,350,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 4.95% of the issued share capital of the Company. The registered owner of the ordinary shares is JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
