Regal was notified on 7 July 2009 by Henderson Global Investors Ltd that following a transaction on 6 July 2009, it now holds (i) 10,510,260 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and (ii) an interest in 5,542,473 Ordinary Shares held through contracts for difference, representing approximately 3.33 per cent. and 1.75 per cent. respectively and, in aggregate, 5.08 per cent., of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
