The Company was notified on 18 November 2010 by Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd that, following a sale of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 November 2010, it has an interest in 12,718,577 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 3.99 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
