Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 2 July 2009 by BlackRock Inc that as a result of its participation in the placing of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which closed on 1 July 2009, it now holds (i) 31,510,932 Ordinary Shares and (ii) an interest in 134,850 Ordinary Shares held through contracts for difference, representing 9.98 per cent. and 0.04 per cent. respectively and, in aggregate, 10.03 per cent., of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was additionally notified on 2 July 2009 by BlackRock Inc that within the abovementioned holding of Ordinary Shares, BlackRock UK Absolute Alpha Fund holds 9,978,305 Ordinary Shares representing 3.16 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
