Robinson plc (AIM: RBN) today announces that on 26 August 2010 the Company received notification from Tenon (IOM) as Trustee of the Portland No.3 Trust that following the disposal of 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each on 20 April 2010 it now holds 1,906,734 ordinary shares representing just below 12% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
