DQ Entertainment plc (AIM:DQE), a global entertainment production and distribution company focused on children's and family animation content, announces that the Company was notified on 3 June 2015 that Corporate Computer Services acquired 16,733,662 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between 20 April 2015 and 19 May 2015. Following this acquisition, Corporate Computer Services holds 16,733,662 Ordinary Shares, which represents 29.7% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
