MediaZest plc11 August 2006 MediaZest Plc (the "Company") Holding in Company Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received thefollowing notifications:- On 10 August 2006 that Panatlantic Investments Limited disposed of 1,159,955shares in the Company and following the disposal Panatlantic Investments Limitedno longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. On 3 July 2006 Anthony Moore disposed of 160,000 ordinary shares in the Company.Following this disposal of shares Mr Moore has a beneficial interest in1,050,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.6% of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
