Lonrho PLC12 July 2007 Lonrho Plc ("Lonrho" or "the Company") Holding in Company Pursuant to our obligations under the AIM Rules for Companies, we hereby advisethat Lonrho received a notification, dated 11th July 2007 from BlakeneyManagement, that following sales of 3,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") on 9th and 10th July 2007 and previous notifications regarding sales of750,000 Shares on 29 June 2007 and 4,250,000 Shares on 28 June 2007, they nowhold a notifiable interest in 23,857,644 Shares, representing 8.65% of the totalvoting rights ("TVR") of the Company. These Shares are registered underEuroclear Nominees.
