Rotala PLC10 April 2006 Press Release10 April 2006 Rotala plc Holding in company Rotala plc ("Rotala") has been notified that, further to a group re-organisationand de-merger, Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited ("PIHL") no longer has adisclosable shareholding in Rotala. The 10,000,000 shares in Rotala formerlyowned by PIHL have been transferred to PIHL Equity LLP, which is now thebeneficial owner of the shares. Mr. N. Wray and Mr. N. Leslau are deemed to beinterested in all the shares of the Company owned by PIHL Equity LLP.
