The Company has been informed that on 11 February 2013, Arun Nagwaney bought 171,370 ordinary shares in the Company at 81.5 pence. Following this acquisition, Arun Nagwaney and Isaac Investments Limited, a company in which he may be deemed to have an interest, now hold 2,244,023 shares, representing 8.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
