Holding in Company

On 26 February 2013, the Company received notice from Centamin Plc via Centamin Holdings Limited (a fully owned subsidiary) that it had acquired 38,475,000 Nyota ordinary shares on 25 February 2013.

Following this acquisition, Centamin now holds 128,475,000 Nyota ordinary shares representing approximately 17 per cent of the Company's issued share capital of 755,800,903 ordinary shares.
