Avia (AIM: AVIA), the developer and provider of clinical decision support and referral facilitation software, via its wholly owned subsidiary, Plain Healthcare, was informed on 31 January 2013 that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 January 2013, Mr Nigel Kilminster (through Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage SIPP) now has an interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.07% of Avia's total issued share capital.
