Hardide plc received notification on 13 May 2014 that following a purchase of 15,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 13 May 2014 Mr Peter Lobbenberg, together with his family, is interested in 35,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.27% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
