Petroceltic International plc('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

The Company received a notification on 1st September 2011 from Fidelity International stating that Fidelity International exercises voting rights over 94,393,886 ordinary shares which represents 3.99% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,369,605,049 ordinary shares.
