Seeing Machines Limited, the AIM-listed (AIM: SEE) technology company pioneering computer-vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology services, was informed on 2 April 2014 that, as a result of acquisitions of, in aggregate, 9,570,455 ordinary shares in the Company and an increase in the Company's issued share capital on 28 February 2014, RBC Trustees (CI) Limited, RBC cees Trustee Limited and RBC Trust Company (Jersey) Limited together now hold 84,471,905 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.27% of the Company.
