Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited (the "Company")Holding in Company

Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited has today been informed that, on 30 January 2013, Ocean Capital Investments BV ("OCI") transferred 5,839,757 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.4 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital, to Ocean Capital Holding II BV ("OCH"), for nil consideration. OCI is an entity in which Gijs Voskamp and Jeroen Voskamp, both directors of Ludgate Investments Limited, the Company's investment manager, each have a 50 per cent. shareholding. OCH is an entity in which Gijs Voskamp and Jeroen Voskamp have a 20 per cent. and 80 per cent. shareholding, respectively.

This transaction reversed a transfer, on 27 December 2012, of 5,839,757 ordinary shares in the Company, from OCH to OCI, for nil consideration. 

As a result of these transactions, the beneficial holdings of Gijs Voskamp and Jeroen Voskamp are unchanged.
