Medusa has been informed today that as of 14 January 2011 FMR LLC and FIL Limited were interested in a total of 15,655,243 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 8.32% of the issued share capital of the Company and an increase in holding of 1,955,027 ordinary shares since the previous notification by FMR LLC and FIL Limited on 21 December 2010.
