Wednesday 2 February 2011 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 2 February 2011 that Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC ("Franklin") now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Franklin holding a total of 23,075,787 ordinary shares representing approximately 18.42% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

As at 1 February 2011, the Company had 125,288,331 ordinary shares in issue.
