Medusa was informed today that as of 15 June 2012 Van Eck Associates Corporation ("VEAC") (and its associates, Van Eck Securities Corporation and Van Eck Absolute Return Advisers Inc.) are interested in a total of 13,406,656 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 7.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
