Announces increase in interest in Bulgarian Land Development plc ("BLD")
CLS is pleased to announce that it has increased its interest in BLD further to its purchase today of 2,062,000 of BLD's Ordinary Shares at 24 pence per share. This increases CLS' interest in BLD to 13,523,787 shares, being 33.81 per cent.
