Hibernia appoints Non-Executive Director

Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia" or the "Company") announces that Roisin Brennan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 16 January 2019.

Ms Brennan is a former Chief Executive of IBI Corporate Finance and has extensive experience advising Irish companies. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ryanair Holdings plc, Coillte CGA, Musgrave Group plc and Dell Bank International d.a.c. and was previously a Non-Executive Director of DCC plc and Wireless Group plc. Ms Brennan, a Chartered Accountant, will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.

Hibernia confirms that no other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of Euronext Dublin and paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Ms Brennan currently holds 63,777 Ordinary Shares in Hibernia.
