Hibernia appoints new Company Secretary

Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia") announces the appointment of Sean O'Dwyer as Company Secretary with effect from 10 February 2017. He is currently Risk and Compliance Officer for Hibernia and will continue in that role in addition to becoming Company Secretary. The current Company Secretary, Castlewood Corporate Services Limited t/a Chartered Corporate Services, will become Assistant Secretary and provide on-going support and assistance to Mr O'Dwyer.

Mr O'Dwyer has worked with Hibernia since its launch in 2013. Prior to working with Hibernia, he worked in a variety of regulatory and financial roles, including over 20 years with one of Ireland's largest investment managers where he had global responsibility for finance, compliance and risk. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1983.
