Cancellation of listed debt securities

Following the announcement made on 26 March 2012 HGI Group Limited (the Company) announces that (i) the outstanding GBP 142,592,000 6.50 per cent Notes due 2 May 2012 (the Debt Securities) were paid on 2 May 2012 in accordance with the terms of their issue; (ii) the listing of the Debt Securities admitted to the Official List and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Gilt-Edged and Fixed Interest Market will be cancelled on 3 May 2012; and (iii) the admission to trading of the Debt Securities on the London Stock Exchange's Gilt-Edged and Fixed Interest Market will be cancelled on 3 May 2012.
