Reckitt Benckiser plc announces that, following the necessary regulatory clearances in Germany, the sale of Hermal to Laboratorios Almirall S.A., the Spanish based international pharmaceutical company, for a consideration of ‚£255 million in cash has been completed.

Reckitt Benckiser plc has been advised by Goldman Sachs.
