Henderson Group announces that Duncan Ferguson resigned as a Non-Executive Director on 9 December 2013 after serving for nine years on the Board. Sarah Arkle has succeeded Mr Ferguson as Chair of the Board Risk Committee.

The Chairman of Henderson Group, Mr Gillingwater said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Duncan for the invaluable advice and experience he has brought to the Group over the last nine years and wish him every success for the future."
