Grupo Clarín issues guarantee in favour of Tele Red Imagen S.A.

On 13 July 2022, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company had issued a guarantee at the request of Tele Red Imagen S.A. ("TRISA") for USD 4,050,000, in order to guarantee obligations assumed by TRISA under a loan agreement. As a condition to the issuance of the guarantee, the Company requested a counter-guarantee from TRISA in favour of the Company and for its sole and exclusive benefit, in the amount of USD 3,000,000. The Board of Directors of the Company approved the issuance of the guarantee in a meeting held on 24 June 2022, subject to certain conditions precedent, including the execution of the loan agreement by TRISA.
