GTE Directors Buy Shares
Gas Turbine Efficiency plc was notified on 23 July 2008 of the following share transactions.
John Bryant, Chairman, purchased 16,000 ordinary shares in GTE at 28.50p per share. In addition, pursuant to a separate agreement, EIG Venture Capital Limited ("EVC") has agreed to transfer 25,000 ordinary shares in GTE to John Bryant. The shares transferred by EVC will remain subject to the lock-in disclosed in the RNS of 29 May 2008. Following the purchase and the transfer from EVC, Mr Bryant's total holding will increase to 248,895 ordinary shares, representing 0.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Charles Cameron, Non Executive Director, purchased 35,149 ordinary shares in GTE at 28.45p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Cameron's total holding increased to 87,780 ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notification is given in accordance with DTR3.1.4R (1) (a) and is made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 72,397,594 ordinary shares of £0.001 each, all with voting rights.
