Grupo Clarín to respond to appeal

On 16 March 2015, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it had been served notice of an appeal filed by the National State, to have the decision rendered on 19 February 2015 by the National Court of Appeals on Federal Civil and Commercial Matters, Chamber No. 1 in re "Grupo Clarín S.A. and others v. National State and other re/ incidental procedure relating to appeal" File No. 7263/2012" reviewed by the Supreme Court of Argentina. The Company was granted 10 days to file a response to the appeal.
