On 2 May 2019, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on 30 April 2019, at the Annual Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, the shareholders appointed the following authorities:
