Europorte France and its four unions, CGT, CFDT, SUD and CFTC, have signed a unanimous agreement on new working time arrangements in respect of the recent French Railway Reform.
This agreement sets out the long term commitment of the company to an industrial relations policy that promotes quality of life without impact on productivity:

The base agreement is applicable since 11 December 2016. The sector agreement for the CCN railway sector relating to working time has been in place since 1 January 2017, replacing the agreement from 14 October 2008. The previous Europorte Company agreement dated from February 2013 and will not be replaced by this new agreement in the second half of 2017.
