GREENSLEEVES CARE INVESTOR UPDATE
RCB Bonds PLC today publishes the following statement from Greensleeves Homes Trust (trading as "Greensleeves Care"):
"Following the valuable feedback received during our investor presentation at the end of October, the Board of Trustees and management at Greensleeves Care have been actively progressing work on refinancing options for the loan from RCB Bonds PLC (the "Issuer") made with the proceeds of the Issuer's 4.25% bonds due 2026.
"We are pleased to confirm that this process is advancing well, and we will provide a further update to bondholders early in the New Year."
