Grant of Waiver for Further Funding Facility

Wolf Minerals Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has been granted a waiver of ASX Listing Rule 14.7 to the extent necessary to permit the issue of the following securities to Resource Capital Fund V L.P. pursuant to the Further Funding Facility approved by shareholders at a general meeting held on 24 January 2013:

(a) up to 7,982,885 Wolf shares; and

(b) up to 3,200,000 Wolf options.

Further particulars regarding the issue of these securities issued in satisfaction of establishment and acceptance fees payable under the Further Funding Facility are set out in the Company's Notice of General Meeting dated 21 December 2012.
