Grant of Sharesave Plan OptionsNotification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, announces that following valid elections from both the Company's Chief Executive, Guy Parsons, and Chief Financial Officer, Marc Vieilledent to participate in the Company's all employee easyHotel 2017 Sharesave Plan, on 27 July 2017 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted as follows:

Subject to the rules of the easyHotel 2017 Sharesave Plan, the options may be exercised at the end of the three year saving contract at the exercise price set out above. The expected maturity date of these options is 1 September 2020.
