Pro Global announces the award of new ordinary shares in the Company on 6th June 2017 in accordance with the schedule below;

The vesting of an award is subject to the participant being bound by the rules of the plan.
On 22 December 2016, the Company announced the sale (the "Sale") of its outsourcing and consulting businesses ("Pro"), subject to Shareholder, Regulatory, and other approvals. The company has been progressing with these and is expecting for a completion to the Sale by the end of June 2017.
