Pressure Technologies plc (the "Company")
Grant of Share Options
Pressure Technologies plc announces that on 18 August 2009, options were granted over 29,015 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Pressure Technologies SAYE Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme") at an exercise price of 150p per Ordinary Share.
Included within this was James Lister, Group Finance Director, who was granted options over 6,050 Ordinary Shares. Following this transaction, James Lister holds options over 6,050 Ordinary Shares.
Exercise of the options is subject to the conditions set out in the Rules of the Scheme.
