Grant of Share Options
NetPlay TV plc (AIM:NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that it has granted share options to its executive directors to subscribe for up to 6,045,144 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

All Options have an exercise price of 8.01 pence (being the volume-weighted average price for the five trading days preceding 24 October 2014).
The Options granted are split into three equal tranches which are each subject to achieving target vesting share price performance conditions within a three year period from the date of grant before the options lapse. The options are exercisable over the period of ten years from the date of grant subject to the vesting conditions being met.
Bjarke Larsen (and connected persons) total beneficial interest remains at 105,333 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company, and following the grant the total number of options held is 3,647,572 representing 1.23% of the issued share capital.
Akshay Kumar (and connected persons) total beneficial interest remains at 310,400 ordinary shares representing 0.10% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company, and following the grant the total number of options held is 3,855,905 representing 1.30% of the issued share capital.
