Grant of Share Options

Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading electronic technologies group, announces that it has today granted share options to the directors listed below and key members of the senior management team, over a total of 400,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2006 Performance Share Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share, between the dates disclosed below, subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria.

Charlie Peppiatt (Chief Executive Officer)

On 25 March 2015, the Company granted options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares to Mr Peppiatt. These options are exercisable between 25 March 2018 and 25 September 2018. Mr Peppiatt now holds 600,000 options under the Performance Share Plan. Following this notification, Mr Peppiatt's total beneficial interest in 45,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company, remains unchanged.

Joanne Estell (Group Finance Director)

On 25 March 2015, the Company granted options over 80,000 Ordinary Shares to Ms Estell. These options are exercisable between 25 March 2018 and 25 September 2018. Ms Estell now holds 385,000 options under the Performance Share Plan. Following this notification, Ms Estell's total beneficial interest in 15,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company, remains unchanged.
