Grant of Share Options

Coms plc (AIM: COMS.L), a leading provider of low-cost calls via broadband internet access in homes, offices and WiFi hotspots, announces that pursuant to the Coms EMI Share Option Plan 2006, it has granted a total of 26,000,000 Share Options at an exercise price of 0.5p per Ordinary Share to the following Directors and employees:

The above Share Options have been granted subject to certain performance criteria and profitability targets being met and will vest over three years. 

The Company has also issued Warrants over 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares to Richard Bennett, Corporate Development Director, at an exercise price of 0.5p each. These will also vest over three years.

Following today's grant of Options and the issue of Warrants, the Directors' interests (either directly or indirectly) in Ordinary Shares, Options and Warrants are set out below:
