Grant of Share Options

Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading electronic technologies group, announces that it has today granted share options to the directors listed below and key members of the senior management team, over a total of 1,055,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2006 Performance Share Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share between the dates disclosed below, subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria.

Charlie Peppiatt (Chief Executive Officer)

On 21 October 2013, the Company granted options over 230,000 Ordinary Shares to Mr Peppiatt. These options are exercisable between 21 October 2016 and 21 March 2017. Mr Peppiatt now holds 350,000 options under the Performance Share Plan.

Joanne Estell (Group Finance Director)

On 21 October 2013, the Company granted options over 185,000 Ordinary Shares to Ms Estell. These options are exercisable between 21 October 2016 and 21 March 2017. Ms Estell now holds 185,000 options under the Performance Share Plan.
